This is a 2-hour deep dive into your human condition and psyche to help you better understand stress and anxiety. You will also learn the difference between suppressed and repressed emotions, why they cause anxiety & how to safely release them. We will also discuss Your domestication and childhood programming ~ The science behind your energy field and how to experience it ~ Anxiety/trauma, what is it and how to address it  Coping/calming Techniques, Breathwork, Tapping ~ Brainwaves, Neural pathways and habits. Rewiring your neural pathways ~ Your mind and meditation

1 hour of learning and 1 hour of practice! 

Please join us for a fun and informative evening with hands on breathwork and meditation practice!

Please dress comfortably, bring water and a notebook and plan to have fun!

Event locations and registration 

Please register early as some locations have limited seating. All events must be paid for in advance as we do not collect at the event. Your registration email or screen shot is your ticket. Please arrive early as not to disturb the event once it starts. After the short class, doors will be locked to prevent any disturbances during breathwork or meditation.
